This website enables our Supply Chain to apply for our consent to make alterations or carry out work at premises on behalf of LNER.
Welcome to
Estates Consents
The Online Estates Consent website allows applicants to register for an account to submit online applications prior to undertaking work at LNER managed stations. Further below is an introduction to the process and guidance on which route to take.

How to Apply
The application process is outlined below.





STEP 1
Understand and choose either an Estates Consent, WAN, or Season Ticket application.
STEP 2
Accept the LNER Estates Consents Terms & Conditions
STEP 3
Register for a Supplier Account.
STEP 4
Login and submit
an application for consent via the LNER consent portal.

*Note, the consent process for Leeds, Edinburgh and Kings Cross is via Network Rai, you will need a NR F5.04.
Will you be performing ongoing maintenance work to an existing site / installation?
For Newcastle, York or other Network Rail managed stations - Will your work affect the fabric. structure or utilities of the building?
For Berwick-upon-Tweed, Durham, Darlington, Doncaster, Wakefield Westgate, Retford, Newark Northgate, Grantham or Peterborough - Will your work affect the fabric, structure or utilities of the building?

Once approved, you will also need to apply for a WAN which can be done via the same application.
